New year, new life. Or at least that's what Apple is trying to do with its fitness training services year after year. With the arrival of January, a press release is published detailing the main new features for the new year. Normally, they tend to be new sports, more training or new ways of showing the exercises of each sport. On this occasion and to celebrate the arrival of 2025, Apple Fitness+ will be integrated in 2025 with Strava, a workout app where you can share all your workouts with Apple's training service. In addition, they have announced new strength programs, pickleball, yoga and breathing meditation.
Sharing Apple Fitness+ workouts to Strava will be possible
Apple Fitness+ is kicking off the new year with its largest programming offering yet, giving users more ways to stay active and mindful in 2025.
This has been the warm welcome that Apple Fitness+ has given, in its press release, to 2025. This new year includes a new progressive strength program, un pickleball conditioning program y a new workshop style yoga program which will allow users to acquire and improve skills in different postures and breathing will be improved.
In addition, another novelty is the Apple Fitness+ integration with Strava. The latter is a specialized app for recording workouts, with a friends section with which we can compare ourselves and gradually improve ourselves. This new integration will allow record your workouts by uploading an image of the workout, the metrics, and the music rhythm you followed. On the other hand, thanks to this integration, Strava users will enjoy 3 free months of Fitness+ subscription.
Finally, Apple wanted to develop a little more the news around the new strength program for this 2025. It is a progressive strengthening program through three weeks with 12 30-minute workouts designed for get results and be able to repeat them, as explained by Fitness+, focusing each week on a different muscle group.
