A few weeks ago the guys from Cupertino decided to eliminate some applications that performed parental control functions. The Controversy came after Apple's decision to remove applications from the App Store (some of them widely used by some users) that performed similar functions to parental controls we have in iOS 12. Competition, security? Apple has spoken, and as they defend themselves, it is quite normal that they have decided to eliminate these applications. It must be said that the eliminated applications have been applications that made use of MDM systems, processes that allow actions similar to those introduced in iOS 12 such as the new Time of Use function with which we can see the use we make of our device. It was the boys of The New York Times who claimed that Apple removed these types of applications out of competition, they didn't want anyone to compete with the iOS 12 features, but Apple has spoken out contradicting these claims from The New York Times: It's a question of safety, not competition.
