We have been enjoying all the upcoming new features of iOS 18.2 for a couple of weeks now thanks to the new wave of betas for developers from Apple. Just yesterday Developer beta 2 released of iOS 18.2, a new update whose release was planned for the month of December that increases Apple Intelligence capabilities and expands them to more countries. However, Mark Gurman wanted to refine a little more and assures thanks to his sources that iOS 18.2 will be available to all users the first week of December.
Apple Intelligence coming to more countries with iOS 18.2 in December
A few hours ago my colleague Luis I analyzed you this second beta for iOS 18.2 developers and I told you all the new features. All of them added to the great news included in beta 1 last week. Among them we cannot stop highlighting the Apple Intelligence expands to more countries (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and the United Kingdom), as well as the arrival of more functions such as Genmoji, the ChatGPT integration and Visual Intelligence.
While we don't know for sure when Apple will release iOS 18.2, we were expecting it to be sometime in December, as Apple itself has confirmed. However, Bloomberg analyst Mark Gurman has said that has wet and ensures that iOS 18.2 will be released in the first week of December. From that moment on, Apple will begin with the iOS 18.3 betas which will include more new features and is expected to be released in February. And a few weeks later… in April, it will be released iOS 18.4, an update that we are looking forward to as it will be the first version that allows users to use all the functions of Apple Intelligence in Spanish and in the European Union, as they are Apple confirmed last week.
