How to claim your money back on iTunes

Have I ever had a problem with iTunes for buying an app that later turned out to be a fiasco. Whenever I have claimed within minutes of buying it, I have not had the slightest problem and they have returned my money, in addition to thanking me for having contacted them to make the App Store better. But today a friend asked me for help because he had received a App Store invoice for more than € 500, because your child has made purchases from within a game. How has this been possible? Well, because by default your Apple ID key is stored for 15 minutes, so he downloaded a game and immediately gave it to his little one, who started buying gems and gold coins like a maniac.

I have always selected this option because I cannot find a more suitable one. You write a brief description of the problem and press "enter". You will see that a form appears in which you must enter some information such as your email, Apple ID, purchase identifier (which we have noted before) and a description of the problem. An email arrives immediately informing you that they have received your support request and that they will answer you in 24-48 hours. My experience is that they always answer before, in fact today they have answered within 4 hours of writing.

The result of wasting a few minutes looking for a solution is that € 535 is still in my friend's checking account, and again Apple demonstrates why it is different. The next step is to prevent this from happening again, which is achieved using the restrictions that iOS has within Settings.
