iOS 18.3 won't be a huge leap forward in terms of Apple's Artificial Intelligence, but it does include some improvements in this area. Without being an update with major changes, These are the main novelties including:
- Robot vacuum compatibility in the Home app
- Apple Intelligence Notification Summaries: Apple has temporarily disabled notification summaries for News due to the issues detected. It also allows you to disable them for some specific apps and if you enable them, it tells you that it is a feature in Beta phase.
- Improvements to Genmoji and Messages tools
- The Camera Control Button can now be used as on conventional cameras to lock focus and exposure. When you use it, Apple has renamed the “AE/AF” setting to “Lock Focus and Exposure”
- Improvements to PDF editing, adding a warning when you crop content indicating that what you cropped can be recovered.
If there are no major bugs detected in this latest Beta, it is expected that The final version will be released for all users next week.. iOS 18.4 coming soon
