Requirements
The first thing you need is some AirPods Pro 2 updated to the latest version available (7B21 at this time), and also an iPhone that is updated to iOS 18.2 (available since 18.1 but in Spain from 18.2).. If you meet these requirements, you must place your AirPods Pro 2 in your ears, with the appropriate pads for you, and access the Settings>AirPods Pro menu.

The AirPods will check that the ear tips are properly sealed, and if they detect sound leaks they'll let you know and you won't be able to continue with the test.

Depending on age, A loss of up to 25dBHL is considered normal, so up to that point your hearing is considered normal. The number shown in that result is the average of the loss detected in the frequencies that are most important in speech. From 26 to 40 dBHL indicates mild hearing loss, with which it is possible to hear words spoken in a normal voice from one meter away. From 61 to 80 dBHL indicates severe hearing loss, with some words being heard if they are shouted into your ear.
