QuickCenter brings simulated 3D Touch to Control Center

Tweak Image

We bring you another tweak tonight when the holidays are over. The Jailbreak came to us by surprise recently and we will have to squeeze it to the fullest, what a remedy. We met with Quick Center, a tweak that greatly expands the possibilities of our Control Center, far beyond what we have found available so far that allowed us to add many buttons or change their appearance. With Quick Center we go one step further, the intention is to implement the 3D Touch functionalities in the Control Center, and this can undoubtedly become a much more useful function than we might think.

It is similar to the 3D Touch, although not exactly the same. Once the Control Center is deployed, we find that we can press its different buttons and expand its functionalities individually. It does not require 3D Touch, so it is possible to use it on any device to date, the contextual menus identical to those of this famous function that Apple included in the screens of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will be opened.

We can, among other things, directly choose the Wi-Fi network we want, as a panel will open with all available Wi-Fi networks, or choose directly from the Bluetooth button which connection we want to establish, saving us many steps and without the need to go through the settings menu. It will also work with the bottom buttons, that is, if we click on the camera we can take a photograph directly and quickly, or if we click on the flashlight we can choose the intensity and type of light. In summary, it is a set of very useful functionalities that take full advantage of two technologies present today in iOS.
