Sonos has revamped its most premium portable speaker, the Sonos Move, inside and out, with better sound and a more sustainable design. Autonomy of up to 24 hours, stereo spatial sound, water resistance and all the advantages of the Sonos ecosystem in a portable speaker that sounds great.
Released in 2019, the first Sonos Move ushered premium speakers into the laptop category, proving that sound quality doesn't have to be at odds with a built-in battery. It also introduced the possibility of using Bluetooth to Sonos, something that users had been demanding for a long time. The new Sonos Move 2 arrives to continue on this path started by its predecessor, and it does so by improving what already existed, as it should be. According to Sonos has been added a completely revamped architecture with dual tweeters delivering stereo spatial sound, and a tuned woofer accurately reproduces the deep bass we love. And best of all, despite this sound power, it has a range of up to 24 hours. This Sonos Move 2 looks so full of battery that it even has a USB-C port to recharge your iPhone if necessary. By the way, the battery is extrapolated and replaceable, so when its deterioration is noticed after several years, you can replace it and give the speaker new life.
The Sonos Move 2 integrates with the entire Sonos ecosystem, so you can pair it not only with another Move 2 to create a stereo pair, but with any other Sonos speaker for room-filling surround sound, or even with any other speaker using AirPlay 2. And if you don't have WiFi, don't worry because you can use Bluetooth connectivity to send content from any mobile device. To be able to listen to it anywhere without fear, it is important that you know that it is resistant to splashes, rain, dust and falls. And if you want you can use Alexa or Sonos Voice Control to use your voice to control playback. Available in black, green and white, the new Sonos Move 2 will be available from September 20 at a price of €499.
