With the amount of leaks that have occurred in recent weeks, we all wondered what each of the holes in the covers were that we saw.
One of those holes was at the top, it was said that it could be a USB input, Mini DisplayPort or even Thunderbolt, no gentlemen, the iPad 2 is so thin that it could not have any of these inputs.
It's just the microphone which is located in the middle of the top instead of next to the earpiece as in the iPhone 4. It will work for Facetime in principle, but surely there will be many applications that know how to take advantage of it.
